Who are you folks at Saunazilla?
We’re your fun and friendly Finnish brand. We sell merchandise related to Finland, sauna, and lots more. And, we have fun doing it.
Where do you ship your products from?
For our international customers, our top-of-the-line supply hubs are in four main regions: North America, the EU, the UK and Australia. Your products will be shipped to you from the nearest one, allowing you to receive your order quicker and cheaper.
Will I receive all of my products in the same package?
If your order includes multiple items, they might be shipped separately from two different supply hubs. Depending on shipping schedules, packages may arrive on different days.
We have tracking details for each package, so you can follow their journey to your doorstep.

How long does the shipping take?
First, our production and packaging takes 1–3 business days. Then, Standard Shipping times for the United States, the UK, Central Europe, and Australia are generally 2–5 business days. For the rest of Europe 5–7 business days, New Zealand 5–10 business days. As for the rest of the world, Standard Shipping can take up to 10–20 business days.
