Prices

All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to adjust our prices due to factors such as changes in purchase costs, currency fluctuations, or modifications to VAT rates.

Payments

At Saunazilla.com, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, flexible, and secure. When completing your purchase at checkout, you confirm your order, agree to our and our partners’ terms and conditions, accept your payment obligations, and select your preferred payment method.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected, Saunazilla.com reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping and return shipping costs, as well as handling fees. Currently, this charge is 20 €, which will be applied when the package is returned to us.

Transport Damage

If your package or its contents are damaged upon delivery, report the damage immediately at the delivery location. If you notice damage after opening the package, please contact us promptly. Transport damage must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe from when the issue is identified or should have been identified.

30-Day Return Policy

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, incorrect sizing, or other noticeable issues, we are happy to help resolve the problem. However, refunds or exchanges are generally not offered for situations where a customer changes their mind.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. If the product is out of stock or there are unexpected delays, you have the right to cancel your purchase at no cost. For more details, please review our full return policy.

Complaints

If you need to file a complaint—for example, if an item is incorrect, shipped in error, or damaged during transit—please contact our customer service team before returning the item. Wait for further instructions before proceeding. In cases of incorrect or misdirected shipments, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If a dispute arises between you and our store, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to finding a fair and satisfactory solution. Delivery times

Your order is always produced and shipped as quickly as possible. First, our production and handling time is 1–3 business days. After that, Standard Shipping times for most larger markets (North-America, Central EU countries, and the UK) is 2–5 business days. For the rest of Europe, Standard Shipping times are generally 5–7 business days. For the rest of the world, it can take up to 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
