Ordering
Orders for products are principally placed online through the website www.Saunazilla.com.
All orders are confirmed by email, which details the order price, delivery costs, and the products ordered. Receiving the order confirmation requires the customer to provide an email address during the order process. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid at the time of each order.
Payment provider
The online store’s payment intermediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). Paytrail Plc will appear as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license.
Paytrail Plc acts as the product seller in the payments made through its service, and the contract of sale is concluded between the customer and Paytrail Plc. Paytrail Plc is also the recipient of the payment. All payment information within the payment service is consistently transmitted securely via an SSL-encrypted connection. No external party can gain access to the customer’s data. Furthermore, Paytrail Plc does not store any of the payer’s bank, card, or personal data. The payment details are transferred directly to the selected payment method provider.

Delivery and shipping
For our customers locally residing in Finland, many of our products are shipped directly from our Helsinki warehouse. This takes 4–6 business days.
For our international customers, all products are shipped from one of our many supply hubs (EU/UK/US/AU), and their delivery time is 5–10 business days. The delivery times for all products are clearly indicated on the respective product page. Consequently, if your order includes items dispatched from different warehouses, you will receive them in separate packages and at different times. You can track your shipment using the order tracking code provided in the shipping confirmation.
Returns
Should you wish to return a product, please contact customer service at info@saunazilla.com or via the contact form.
The product is subject to a 30-day return period starting from the date the product was delivered. Should the product have a manufacturing defect or be damaged during shipment, you will receive a replacement product or its price will be fully or partially compensated. In addition to the customer guarantee, you are entitled to the statutory rights of the consumer. All complaint cases are assessed individually.
You have the right to exchange the products you ordered for a similar product or a different product free of charge. If the value of the order is less than the original, we will refund the difference; conversely, if the value of the order is greater, we will invoice you for the difference. One free exchange right is granted per order. Subsequent exchanges will incur a charge of €6.90 per shipment.
If the customer returns the entire order, the refund will only cover the total sum of the original order, from which a fee corresponding to the cost of the product return (€6.90) will be deducted. The returned product must be in saleable condition, meaning unused and clean.
For uncollected and returned packages, we will deduct a fee of €6.90 to cover the cost incurred from the return shipment.
Please include the following information with your complaint:

- Date of purchas / date of received shipment
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
Return Address: Varies depending on the physical product category. You will receive this information when the return instructions are provided.
Once the complaint has been processed, we will send you an email message allowing you to add the bank account to which we will refund the money, provided the payment was made using a bank button. If the payment was made by card, we will refund the amount directly to the card.
Problems during Transport and Regarding Defective Products
Should the product be lost during transit, damaged, or if an incorrect product has been delivered to you, please report the error immediately to info@saunazilla.com or via the contact form. If the package has been damaged during shipment, a complaint regarding the product must also be made immediately to the logistics partner.
