Returns

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days after you receive your product. 

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, is the wrong size in which ordered, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their mind regarding a sale, it is unlikely that a refund or exchange will be offered.

First things first: be in contact with us (info@saunazilla.com) and we’ll provide the details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

In case of exchange or return, please provide us a photograph of the faulty or damaged product. Saunazilla is not responsible for the return postage or its costs. Always save the packing slip/receipt/parcel number until the return case is completed with Saunazilla’s customer service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved according to our Returns Policy, your refund will be processed. In the event of a refund, the amount will cover the value of the product(s) only. Unfortunately, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet: 

  • Check your bank account one more time. 
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@saunazilla.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@saunazilla.com and we’ll help you out. Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. Requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
